INFORMATION ABOUT ACCOMMODATION WITH CHILDREN AND BABIES

Do I have to add children or babies to the reservation?
Yes, it is necessary to include all guests in the reservation. A guest is understood to be any natural person who is going to spend their stay at the hotel.

Are there any supplements?
Yes, the supplement varies depending on age:
– Up to 2 years old, the supplement is 20 euros per night, and includes a crib if expressly requested (in the reservation comments).
– From 2 years old to 16 years old, the supplement is 34 euros per night, and includes breakfast and an extra bed. In this case, unless otherwise indicated, we will always provide an extra bed.

How do I make a reservation with a child or baby??

– For children over 2 years old, it is indicated in the initial box in which the number of guests and number of rooms is reported. The supplement of 34 euros/night/child will be automatically included in the final price.
– For children under 2 years old, it must be indicated on the second booking screen of the reservation, as an “Optional Service” of the room. Please specify in comments if you want a crib or not.

INFORMATION ABOUT SCHEDULES
  • From what time is it possible to do the check-in time?

Check-in is from 14hs onwards. And check out until 12 noon. If you wish, we offer you the service of check in and check out online, without contact.

Our reception hours are 9-15hs and 18-23hs, Sunday from 9-15hs; outside these hours, you can contact us by phone or via whatsapp for whatever you need.

  • What time is breakfast served?

We have two breakfast shifts in order to ensure the distance between people. Shifts at 9am and 10am. Please book your preferred shift on arrival: 9-9:45 or 10-10:45 and we will confirm availability on a first come, first served basis.

  • Is it possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel?

We have a snack and drinks service from 1pm to 3pm and from 6.30pm to 10pm, either for lunch or a drink. Book your table or room service in advance directly with us when you arrive.
“Dinner service not available between December 20th and January 8th.”

  • What time do you clean the rooms?

The cleaning service is from 10-15hs. If for any reason it has to be outside these hours, please contact us.

  • What is the benefit of booking on our website over other agencies?

Furthermore, we offer you some exclusive conditions and instructions that you only have to reserve through our website:

8% exclusive discount with non-refundable rate: Discount available for reservation with less than 7 days of advance notice. Valid throughout the year except the months of July and August, and until September 15.
10% exclusive discount for long estancias of five or more nights. Descuento available reservation with less than 7 days of advance notice. Offer not available during July, August and from 1 to September 15.

  • Are the cancellation conditions also better when booking through the web?

Yes, when booking online we offer more flexible cancellation policies.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before all year, except from July 15 to August 31 and Easter, which will be 14 days.

-Late cancellation (full or partial stay): 50 percent of the stay will be charged.

No show, or cancellation the same day: The entire reservation will be charged.

Confirmation conditions: 50% of the total amount may be charged in the 7 days prior to the stay.

  • How far is it to the beach and Santander?

The nearest beach is Galizano, 5 minutes away by car. Other beaches such as Langre, Loredo or Somo are 10 minutes away. Santander is 25 minutes away by car and you can also go by boat from Somo or Pedreña. The boat takes 20 minutes and, apart from being public transport, it is an ideal way to take a boat trip around the bay of Santander.

  • What can you do in the area?

The options are varied. You can go to the many beaches we have in the area, go to the Cabárceno Nature Park, visit Santander, visit charming villages, take a boat trip around the bay, go horse riding, go surfing or learning to surf or go hiking, among other things.

Do you accept pets?

Pets are welcome considering that there are people who are afraid or allergic to animal hair. We apply a cleaning supplement of €15/night and avoid the living room and dining room and not leave them alone in the hotel.
