Staying at La Casona

After a day exploring Cantabria, some nights you simply want to leave the car parked, not look for somewhere to eat, and enjoy the ambiance of La Casona.

That’s why we offer a selection of items to share: platters of ham and cheeses, anchovies from Santoña, salads, and other selected items, subject to availability.

We don’t want to be a restaurant. Cantabria has magnificent restaurants that we love to recommend and that are an integral part of the experience of discovering this region.

What we want to offer is something different: a simple and pleasant option to enjoy at the hotel at the end of the day. A glass of wine, something delicious to share, and the pleasure of lingering in our lounges, on the terrace, or by the garden.

Because sometimes, after a long day out, the best plan is simply… to stay in.
